Her Conference x Almay Collaboration

Hey guys! Today on the blog I’m going to talk about Almay and their new Goddess GlossTM Collection! I was able to receive their products through a campaign with them and Her Campus. This is a sponsored post but all opinions are 100% mine! I try to be super authentic and I would only tell the truth to you guys.

Almay was super amazing and sent me enough makeup to last me the rest of my life. Like seriously guys. It’s all so cute and shiny! My favorite thing is that their Goddess GlossTM collection gives off a ton of shine but can still be worked into your everyday look!

I’m first going to talk about how awesome it was to meet the Almay team at Her Conference and to try out their cute little glam section! I first went over to their area when I arrived at Her Conference and met the lovely team! They also had this adorable glam area where you could test out their products which I thought was super nice. It reminded me of an outdoor park area (except way more posh)!

I decided to add a bit more Shadow Squad™ Eyeshadow Holographic to my look for the day, but I also had on some of their basic (well not really BASIC) makeup that I was gifted as well! My normal, everyday go-to makeup products are concealer, pressed power, mascara, and eye brow pencil (or shadow). For this look I was really excited to be able to use their Eyebrow Pencil in Brunette and their Multi-Benefit Mascara in Blackest Black!

My biggest makeup issue is when mascara clumps (my eyelashes curl weird) and this is literally the only mascara I’ve tried that hasn’t clumped them all together. I seriously was able to get length and definition without eyelashes that were stuck together! I cannot remember another time when this happened.

The Almay team also gave me a super cute little glam bag full of more Almay goodies! I then went over to their tote bag station!  These tote bags were literal life savers this weekend because Her Campus, Almay, and Ulta gave us so many awesome samples/items! This is the team below (I of course asked them if it would be okay to put this in my blog post).

My favorite  part of this collection are their Goddess Glosses™. They are such bright and happy colors that will let you stand out. The first day of the conference, I wanted a pink eyeshadow look but had temporarily misplaced my palette! The good thing? I was able to use their Almay Goddess Gloss™ to do the trick.

I’ve also used the entire collection in a monochromatic look! This look was created by combining the Almay  Shadow Squad™ Eyeshadow Holographic in Illusionist (the eyeshadow I was using on Day 1 of the conference), the Cosmic Almay Goddess Gloss™ (also used this on Day 1), and Almay Make Them JellyHi-Lites in Unicorn Light (also was wearing Day 1)!

These Almay Make Them JellyHi-Lites are honestly the coolest things I have ever tried and they are SO PIGMENTED. I wasn’t sure what to think when I first tried them but you can see below how they give off such a nice shine. This is my monochromatic look using the products above!

One of the other amazing products that Almay gifted me was a set of their Almay Oil Free Makeup Remover Towelettes I have always been iffy trying new makeup wipes because 1) they usually leave my face feeling greasy and/or 2) they make me break out (I have sensative skin). These are THE BOMB y’all!! They left my face dry (not dry dry, just not oily!), don’t have a strong scent, and got my makeup off SO QUICKLY.

Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this post! I had such an amazing time at the Her Conference as well as partnering with Almay for this campaign! I hope you were able to find some awesome new makeup products and make sure to check out Almay’s new Goddess GlossTM Collection.

Again, this was a sponsored post but I would have attended the conference 100% if I hadn’t partnered with them. Same with partnering with Almay! They have such amazing products that I used even before this partnership. If you want to see more about this collection, go check out my Instagram page where I have some of these photos featured!

xoxo, Mandy
