Hey y’all! In anticipation of 4th of July weekend in a few weeks, I have a new post! I’m super excited to share this post with you because I usually don’t share many holiday posts. Haven’t been sure where to find 4th of July women’s clothing? Look no further! I knew I wanted to do this post for the fourth of July because I generally don’t go full out red, white, and blue for the holiday. I like to celebrate in a more subtle way!
This post will round up five cute 4th of July outfits that are blue and white! These are generally the two colors that I wear for the holiday, and a few of my pieces in these looks are on Amazon and under $30! I curated pieces from multiple price points to make sure that these looks work for various budgets.
To start this post, I wanted to mention my measurements so you guys get a better idea of how you should order sizing as well! Then, below, I’ll list the sizes I took in each garment. This is something I always look for when buying clothes because you NEVER know how something will fit.
My Sizing:
Chest – 36in (Tops – S/M), Waist – 27in, Hips – 37/38in (Pants/Shorts/Skirts – 2/4 or XS/S)
1. White Ruffle Midi Dress + Woven Tote Bag
This first look is one that I have been loving for the springtime. It’s the white midi dress I scored from the Vineyard Vines for Target collaboration! Although these are virtually sold out everywhere, some Target’s still have returned stock in store! Regardless of that, I personally think white midi dresses are a great option for a plethora of fourth of July events.
Midi dresses are a little more modest which is something I appreciate. This is great for anyone like me, or a mom who feels they want something that covers a little bit more while chasing after kids! The details in this one are what sold it for me. I love the ruffle neckline and ADORE the little striped belt (that has a whale on it!!!). I’m wearing a size Small.
To accessorize this look, I chose to pair mine with this little woven tote bag from Amazon! You’ll see it in another look later on because I obviously can’t stop featuring it. The same goes for these comfy espadrille sandals from Sole Society! They ARE an investment, but I would 100% say they’re worth it. Plus they’re currently 30% off! Shop them (here) or down below.
2. Blue Ruffle Sleeve Blouse + White Skinny Jeans
This next look I’m super excited about because this is great for July 4th or just walking around shops! This blue ruffle blouse was gifted to me from Chicwish and will be wonderful for the Georgia summers since it hits 90+ degrees (passes out thinking about this). I personally love all the small details it has (like the chiffon ruffle collar!)! Upgrade your Old Navy 4th of July shirts and trade them in for one like this!
When it comes to my jeans, I really adore a white jean! I haven’t been that way for a while and honestly thought my knees looked to fat in them (???). These were legitimately just $9.99 from H&M! They have so many affordable denim options and are great for the summer. I linked three pairs that are less than $10 below my photos.
For accessories, I partnered with Avarcas to share some of their sandals! These are one of the three pairs they gifted me and they’re so comfy! I wore them for the first time on Wednesday and I didn’t get a single blister. My bag is from Target and it has been a LIFESAVER. I took it to LA with me and it fit everything I needed. It’s also only $24.99 from Target!
**P.S. Read my post on how to style white jeans for the spring (here)***
3. Polka Dot Romper + Taupe Ring Bag
Heading to one of many 4th of July festivals? This cute little romper is perfect for you! This was another item I was gifted by Chicwish! I have worn it multiple times now because it’s just so comfy and fluid! This past weekend I wore it bowling with my boyfriend and it gave me 0 problems at all.
My favorite part of this romper is the ruffles in the shorts portion. It almost makes it look like a dress which is a concept I somehow always end up buying into. The other lovely details are the blouson sleeves and the tie waist! There’s a zipper down the back too which is great because there’s only elastic in the sleeves. I got a size Small in this!
When it comes to my accessories, Amazon came in for the win again! My chic ring crossbody bag is one that I’ve had for months now. It works with almost any look and is great for carrying your necessities. My sunnies are from Amazon too! They came in a 2-piece set that is under $20. I highly recommend! They’re great quality too!
4. Striped Tie Waist Jumpsuit + Woven Tote Bag
This fourth (lol) outfit is one that I KNOW y’all will adore. It’s a comfy jumpsuit from Amazon! I posted it for the first time about two months ago and I’m still getting sales on it! I’m happy I was able to find something everyone loved so much. The best part? It’s ONLY $19!!! You’ll be the cutest at the BBQ for less than $20 (+free prime shipping)!
I first love this jumpsuit because it hides the few areas I’m really self conscious about! I have a weird thing with armpits and it covers that area really well. It also has a tie-waist which is great to make your waist look more defined! The belt isn’t attached though, so be careful with it in the wash! I purchased a size Medium in this and it fits perfectly.
Can we also mention how lovely it is that this jumpsuit has a high neckline? It also has wider legs at the bottom which is a trend I really like. This look is great for a fourth of July parade if you have to sit on the ground or in a fold up chair! For my accessories, it’s the same woven tote bag from the top of my post! I told y’all I love it. I also have those same espadrilles from Sole Society on as well!
5. White Ruffle Dress + White Square Handbag
To finish out this post, I have another Amazon find! They have been killing it with the trends lately and I couldn’t be happier about that. This white lace dress is also affordable and JUST $14.99!!!! I actually got it when it was $19 so this was exciting for me to be able to share with you guys that it’s even cheaper! It’s really the perfect 4th of July dress.
This dress is a little small, but I got my regular size Medium and it was great! Fit to a tee. I would suggest sizing up if you have a larger chest though. I have next to nothing so you’ll probably need a little more room. My favorite part of this dress is the tie waist and, of course, the ruffles! For my accessories, yep, you guessed it, it’s my espadrille wedges again!
I didn’t realize three of my looks had them in it until now, but it really just shows their versatility! They are a bit more expensive than most shoes I buy, but they have been a great investment. I also wanted to mention how a lot of espadrilles have the soles pull away, but after a day in Disney these were still perfection! My bag is from Forever 21 (only $12!!) and my sunnies were gifted to me from MVMT!
I hope you guys enjoyed this post! I really wanted to share some unconventional 4th of July outfit ideas. Some of these items have such great deals going on right now that even if you aren’t purchasing for July 4th, you should snap them up now! Have any recommendations of your own?
